Meet Perennial

Chris has been the owner operator of Perennial since the companies’ inception in 1982. Chris and his family have lived through the many changes that both Perennial and the landscape industry have experienced over the years. He relies on his steadfast commitment to integrity in all things, his continuous devotion to service, and strong client relationships that have formed the backbone of Perennials’ steady, strong growth.

Tim Lane
Tim is the ‘space’ designer for Perennial and leader of the design division. A graduate of “The Ohio State University” with a degree in Landscape Architecture, he brings with him, along with his compassion for architectural spaces, 20 years of design experience, coupled with 40 years of construction experience, and a ‘little’ over 50 years of creativity.

Louis Drews
Louis is the project manager at Perennial and leads the construction division. His understanding of quality, on top of an excellent dose of creativity drives the division to continuously strive for perfection. His work consistently exceeds our clients’ expectations.

Shawn Snow
Shawn leads the maintenance department at Perennial. His 18 years of experience has given him the ability and understanding to know what it takes to maintain the most complex landscapes while upholding the quality standards clients have come to expect from his work. He believes total access to his staff allows Perennials’ service to raise above the industry standards.

Jeff Johnson
Jeff has been maintaining commercial and residential turf and plants for the last 10 years. He is licensed by the Colorado Department of Agriculture in noxious weed management. Jeff develops customized solutions from residential scale to large acre tracts, to fit all weed control needs.
